What work does Steve Hall love doing?

 

 

It is really all about people.

 

I love working with Individuals on a journey to discover their own energy, and then really enhance and leverage that energy to get better outcomes, as well as people in teams, and how to get great results from thinking together.

 

Quite simply, I hope to help people and communities to charge their batteries and keep them charged. No matter what your vehicle costs, it goes nowhere without a spark in the battery.

 

I have spent the last 26 years joyfully engaged in the fields of Leadership Development and Team Effectiveness and have facilitated an array of processes for Multinationals, Business Universities, Communities, NGO’s and schools. My work has taken me all over the world from the USA where I worked with Stephen Covey and became accredited as a ‘7 Habits’ facilitator to China where I worked with an expedition and later training company called “I Will Not Complain.”

 

More recently I have been designing, and facilitating relevant immersions in the space of experiential learning. This has constantly challenged and excited me to innovate, and to connect with a broad group of people and places which assist great learning.
